Este é um excelente estúdio em uma co-op prime em Brooklyn Heights, em uma rua dos sonhos perto dos trens e da Promenade, nas Fruit Streets. A co-op tem elevador e, por ser uma unidade do patrocinador, não há necessidade de aplicação para a diretoria!

A área de estar é espaçosa, com pisos polidos e envernizados. Como está no 6º andar e voltado para o sul (a parte de trás do prédio), recebe boa luz e é muito tranquilo. Há dois armários enormes perto da entrada e um armário para roupas de cama. Há um pequeno nicho de cozinha com bancada de quartzo, armários brancos estilo shaker e pequenos eletrodomésticos (sem máquina de lavar louça).

O banheiro tem azulejos brancos brilhantes e banheira completa. O prédio possui um superintendente residente, lavanderia, elevador e um espaço externo compartilhado, cercado por árvores altas e com armazenamento para bicicletas por uma pequena taxa. O aquecimento e a água quente estão incluídos no aluguel. Muito perto das linhas A, C, 2, 3 para muitos bares, restaurantes e mercados, e das vistas deslumbrantes da East Bay e de Manhattan a partir da Promenade. SEM PETS - desculpe. 12/15-1/15

This is an excellent studio in a prime Brooklyn Heights co-op on a dreamy block near the trains and Promenade, in the Fruit Streets. The co-op has an elevator and as it is a sponsor unit, there is no board application!

The living area is spacious with sanded and varnished floors. As it is on the 6th floor, and is south-facing (the rear of the building) it gets good light, and is very quiet. There are two huge closets near the entrance and a linen closet. There is a small kitchen alcove with quartz countertop, white shaker-style cabinets and small appliances (no dishwasher).

The bathroom has gleaming white tiles and full tub. The building has a live-in super, laundry facilities, elevator, and a shared outdoor space, surrounded by tall trees and bike storage for a small fee. Heat and hot water are included in rent. Very close to A,C,2,3 trains to many bars, restaurants and food stores, and to the stunning views of the East Bay and Manhattan from the Promenade. NO PETS - sorry. 12/15-1/15
